getting out of the city is easier than i thought. had a romantic getaway with the ladies - out to quant little cold springs to a b&b, hiked a bit on breakneck ridge, and even went to dia:beacon, a great modern and contemporary art museum housed in an old nabisco factory in beacon, ny.
